Tullahoma Events Center     

The Events Center features a galley-style catering kitchen, approximately 19' by 9'.  All-electric appliances are included, with stainless steel work tables.  See below for a list of features and important kitchen rules.

What Is Included

• two 30-inch residential electric ranges -- each with smooth ceramic glass top (two 6", one 9", and one 6-9" dual radiant elements) and large 5.4-cubic-foot oven
• two 30-inch residential non-venting range hoods
• one 25.1-cubic-foot bottom-freezer refrigerator (refrigerator 17.8 cubic feet, pull-out drawer freezer 7.3 cubic feet)
• one 16.7-cubic-foot convertible upright freezer-to-all-refrigerator -- use as all-refrigerator or as all-freezer 
• one commercial warming oven
• four 12-cup coffee makers
• one prep sink -- 18" round
• one hand sink
• one 3-compartment dish sink
• stainless work tables
• hand soap, paper towels
• dish soap, dish sanitizer

What Is Not Included

The Center does not provide:

• pots, pans, baking sheets
• steam trays
• cooking utensils
• kitchen towels, table linens
• china, glassware, cutlery
• serving trays
• garbage bags (33 gallon or larger)

Kitchen Rules

Absolutely NO FRYING of any kind, by order of the Fire Marshal.  Kitchen does not have fire suppression system.

Kitchen must be clean in order to get your security deposit returned in full.

Dishes, pots, and utensils must be scraped before washing to eliminate grease going into trap.

Recycling is strongly encouraged, and containers are provided for cans, plastic bottles, glass, paper, etc.

Treat appliances with care -- we can keep our rental charge low if the facility is treated with respect.  Read contract for information on damages.

Ice -- There is no ice maker in the center.  Bagged ice is available for purchase nearby.

Chilled water is available in the refrigerator for all events.

Side entry near kitchen available for caterers use.

Dish sink is located in storage room, not in kitchen, for more prep space and better sanitation.
